Moped riding without a certificate

If you want to ride a moped, you must have a moped license. If you have a car license, you may ride a moped without a certificate.
If you ride a moped without a certificate/driver's license and without a car license, you are punishable by law and can be fined a hefty fine. In addition, you will probably have to pay for any damages yourself in case of accidents because the insurance company will most likely not cover the damages on the moped insurance.
